Return & Exchange Policy
At KABAN, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With original tags, packaging, and invoice
- Free from any stains, damage, or odour
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions
- Gift cards or customized items
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Exchange Policy:
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [Varnica@thekabanstore.com] with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Once approved, we will initiate an exchange or store credit, as per your preference.
NOTE: If the desired product for exchange is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Return Process:
Email us at [Varnica@thekabanstore.com] within 7 days of receiving the product.
Our team will verify your request and provide a return shipping address or arrange reverse pickup where applicable.
**Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be initiated via:
-Store credit (valid for 6 months) if COD order,
-Similar mode of payment, if Prepaid
-Replacement product, if requested
Note: Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days, once approved.
Shipping Costs:
For returns due to defects or incorrect items sent by us: We cover the shipping charges.
For all other returns (like change of mind, style, etc.): Customers bear the return shipping cost.
Important Notes:
Reverse pickups are currently only available in select pin codes.
**In case of multiple returns from a single order, each return must be initiated separately.
NOTE: KABAN holds the right to deny return/exchange requests that do not meet the criteria above.
